Recognition from the Slovak Republic and Australia: Billion’s BiPAC 7402G Wins “Best Buy” Award from PC Revue Magazine and BiGuard S10 Receives “ Highly Recommended” Appraisal from APC Magazine

Taipei, Taiwan - Billion Electric Co. Ltd. (Taiex: 3027) has gained two more recognitions from leading IT magazines in the Slovak Republic and Australia. Billion’s BiPAC 7402G 802.11g ADSL2+ VPN Firewall Router was granted “Best Buy” award by PC Revue Magazine, one of the most authoritative IT magazines in the Slovak Republic, in its January 2007 issue. Meanwhile, Billion’s BiGuard S10 SSL VPN Security Gateway also received the “Highly Recommended” appraisal from Australia’s APC Magazine in the latest published May 2007 issue.

The Slovak Republic’s PC Revue Magazine conducted a review test among 13 wireless router products from seven leading manufacturers in local market. The test result published in the January 2007 issue indicates Billion’s BiPAC 7402G 802.11g ADSL2+ VPN Firewall Router has the highest data transfer rate with average speed of 45,6 Mbit/s. Michal Holes, the editor of PC Revue Magazine, comments this product as “equipped with a comprehensive range of key router functions while its particularly good user’s manual and very user-friendly system to set up VPN connections provide extra values.”

Besides the award from PC Revue Magazine, Billion’s BiGuard S10 SSL VPN product also received the “Highly Recommended” appraisal from Australia’s APC Magazine.
