If you want to install any kind of COM Port based software, please install the optional bundled software RVS-COM lite. The software will install a virtual COM Port on your system, such as COM3. Please remember to run the CommCenter of RVS-COM before you start to install the COM Port based software.

If you want to run WinFax Pro software please make sure the "RVS ISDN fax" modem has been installed. You can manually install it from "Control Panel/Modems". When you add modem please don't use Standard Modem but RVS ISDN fax from RVS modems you can see on the list. While you are installing the WinFax Pro please select the "RVS ISDN fax" as modem device.
