1.) Please download the last version driver and utility software from Download page to try again.
2.) It seems May something wrong with the system registry. You may have to reinstall a complete clear Windows 2000 or manually kill some keys in the registry of Windows 2000. 0). Run "uninstal.exe" first.
a. Run "Regedt32". (Start->Run type "regedt32")
b. Find keys under
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E972-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}\" which ComponentID's value is "wdmwanmpci" or "usb\vid_07b0&pid_0001" or "pci\ven_1397&dev_2bd0&subsys_b0061397&rev_01" or "pci\ven_1397&dev_2bd0&subsys_b0061397&rev_02" or "pci\ven_1050&dev_6692&subsys_ffffffff&rev_ff". Maybe it has number mark at the last. ex: "usb\vid_07b0&pid_0001#01"
c. Find keys "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\PCI\VEN_1397&DEV_2BD0&SUBSYS_B0061397&REV_01" "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\PCI\VEN_1397&DEV_2BD0&SUBSYS_2BD01397&REV_02" "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\PCI\VEN_1050&DEV_6692&SUBSYS_FFFFFFFF&REV_FF" "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\USB\Vid_07b0&Pid_0001" Maybe it has number mark at the last, too.
d. Before we want to kill them, make sure that the login user is a member of Administrators. Choice the key we want to kill it and click Security->Permissions on regedt32's manual bar. Choice "Everyone" and check "Full Control Allow". And now we can kill this key.
e. Restart PC to install the ISDN device driver.
